Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This individual will play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across private market asset classes (including private equity, private credit, real assets, and venture capital) as well as enterprise service support departments (such as Finance, Legal & Compliance, Operations, Product Management).
The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, a strong understanding of the investment management landscape, and a passion for delivering a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and partner with hiring teams to cover roles across investment team (private equity, real estate, infrastructure & private debt) and enterprise service functions within the Americas region
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand business needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies to fit select talent markets
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and leveraging recruitment tools and platforms
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Assist in recruitment reporting and analytics to inform hiring decisions and strategy

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within financial services or investment management
  • Familiarity with private market asset classes and enterprise support functions is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse)
  • Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical recruiting practices

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client, investment and company information
  • Ability to problem solve and leverage technology
  • Acute attention to accuracy and detail
  • Professional demeanor and an ability to work well in a team environment
  • Willingness and ability to learn and implement new programs and processes

Salary Range - $90,000 - $110,000

The salary range is an estimate of pay for this position.  Actual pay may vary depending on job-related factors that can include location, education, skill, and experience.  The salary range does not include any benefits or other forms of possible compensation that may be available to employees.
