- Partner with application development teams to ensure alignment between requirements and implementation.
- Conduct data analysis and mapping to support integration, migration, and reporting efforts.
- Support the design and maintenance of system documentation, process flows, and data models.
- Participate in system testing, UAT, and validation to ensure solutions meet defined business needs.
- Serve as a liaison between business users and development teams to facilitate communication and issue resolution.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, identifying root causes and recommending process or system improvements.
- Provide input into technology strategy, project estimation, and implementation planning.

- A strong mix of analytical, technical, and communication skills with the ability to bridge business needs and technical execution.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role in a large-scale enterprise or financial services environment.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis for troubleshooting, validation, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to create clear technical documentation, process maps, and specifications for development teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems, with the ability to connect business processes to system capabilities and integration points
- Experience in insurance or financial services, particularly with life insurance, annuities, or mutual fund products, and related regulatory processes
- Working knowledge of data analysis, data quality validation, or SQL, with the ability to interpret and apply data insights to business or system solutions
