We’re looking for a Associate, UI Product Designer who’s excited to learn, grow, and contribute to UI and product enhancements. You’ll support the team throughout the full design process — from shadowing on research and brainstorming sessions to polishing designs for delivery. You have a strong foundation in design craft, curiosity for solving user interface problems, and a willingness to dive in wherever needed.
You’ll collaborate closely with our design team, PMs, and engineers, gaining exposure to real-world product challenges while learning how to balance usability, accessibility, and visual polish. You sweat the pixels and the design system, ensuring consistency and craft in every detail. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to sharpen their skills, build a portfolio of impactful work, and grow into an exceptional product designer.
What You’ll Do- Design clean, polished, high-quality UI for web and mobile experiences.
- Contribute to and maintain the design system, sweating the pixels to ensure visual consistency and scalability.
- Create production-ready components, layouts, and assets, with a strong attention to detail.
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and designers, ensuring your work is feasible, consistent, and aligned with product goals.
- Support visual storytelling, helping shape icons and overall visual language.
- Participate in design critiques, learning how to give and receive constructive feedback on visual craft.
- Assist in light UX tasks such as wireframing or basic prototyping, with mentorship from senior designers.
- Stay curious and up-to-date on design trends, tools, and patterns, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
- 0–2 years of UI product design experience (internships, personal projects, or freelance work count!).
- A portfolio that demonstrate a foundation in interaction design, visual design, and user-centered thinking.
- Familiarity with modern design tools (Figma, prototyping tools, etc.).
- Eagerness to learn from feedback, adapt quickly, and iterate with guidance.
- Strong collaboration skills, with an openness to working closely with teammates across disciplines.
- Enthusiasm for accessibility, usability, and great design craft.
- A proactive learner with genuine passion for ShopMy’s mission and brand.

The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation.
