/COMMIT is not an internship.
It's not a fellowship.
It's not a "program."
It’s a real job. It's a bet.
We're betting that the best builders and doers in the world have a chip on their shoulder and don't fit the mold.
You're betting that shipping real code is worth more than another semester of theory.
We've got a chip on our shoulder, and we hustle. everyone, always.
What We're Looking For
Have you:
- Taught yourself a new language, reverse-engineered an API, talked your way into a room?
- Built something real that people used - an app with users, a tool your team relied on, a process that just makes sense?
- Stayed up until 3 AM debugging, interviewing users, or driving somewhere to do it right?
- Shipped a messy v1 that got 100 users instead of perfecting a v0 that got zero?
- Hustled against all obstacles - coded it yourself, cold emailed strangers, showed up in person, fixed the problem?
What You'll Do
- Solve real problems in healthcare - an industry that's fundamentally broken.
- Build with AI from the ground up.
- Ship code that impacts millions.
- Get big things done.
This is hard.
Healthcare is confusing given all of the regulations, legacy systems, and broken incentives.
We're fixing it with AI, but it's not glamorous.
You'll work in person, in NYC.
You'll ship real systems, not proofs of concept.
You'll deal with messy data, edge cases, and lives at stake.
Give us your details. Tell us what you’ve built. This isn’t another empty job posting - we’ll read everything you send.
If you pass? We’ll have you prove it again with a case study, so you can see what it is really like.
if it’s good? you’ll present to board members and c-suite, and meet the team you’ll work with.
That’s it. Crush those steps, and you’re in.
