Role Overview

  • It’s consultative. It’s people-focused. And yes, it’s still sales.
  • You’ll need to be comfortable picking up the phone, managing your pipeline, following up consistently, and working towards results—without making prospective students feel like pipeline numbers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage prospective student leads from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
  • Contact prospective students by phone to understand their study and career goals.
  • Provide information and guidance on suitable course options.
  • Qualify and progress leads through the sales pipeline.

  • Prioritize leads and manage follow-up activities effectively.
  • Communicate professionally in spoken and written English.
  • Use relevant technology and systems to maintain daily productivity.
  • Work towards agreed sales and enrolment KPIs.

Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in sales, lead management, enrollments, customer-facing roles with a commercial focus, or regular phone-based customer conversations.
  • Experience managing leads, follow-ups, or a sales pipeline.
  • Experience working towards sales KPIs or commercial targets.
  • Confidence handling regular phone-based conversations.
  • CRM experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to listen, ask relevant questions, and build rapport.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Australian RTO sales experience.
