We’re hiring an Automation Engineer to build the operational infrastructure that powers scalable enterprise deployments. This role will focus on workflow automation, operational tooling, reporting systems, and dashboard ownership across the business.

You will work closely with Operations, AI Engineering, Product, and Customer teams to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, and build visibility into operational performance. This role sits at the intersection of operations, systems, and engineering and is critical to scaling the company efficiently.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving operational problems through automation, systems design, and process optimization in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

About the RoleAutomate Operational Workflows
  • Identify and automate manual operational processes across deployments and production operations

  • Build internal tools, scripts, automations, and workflows that improve efficiency and scalability

  • Partner with Ops and Engineering teams to reduce operational overhead and increase throughput

  • Improve reliability and operational consistency across customer workflows

Own Dashboards & Reporting Infrastructure
  • Build and maintain operational dashboards across customer deployments, quality metrics, and production operations

  • Develop reporting infrastructure for leadership visibility and customer reporting

  • Ensure data accuracy, operational transparency, and KPI tracking

  • Create scalable reporting systems that support rapid company growth

Build Operational Systems & Infrastructure
  • Improve internal systems, tooling, and workflow architecture

  • Support integrations between operational platforms, customer systems, and internal tools

  • Partner with AI Engineering and Product teams on workflow instrumentation and monitoring

  • Help design scalable operational infrastructure for enterprise deployments

Drive Operational Efficiency
  • Analyze operational bottlenecks and identify automation opportunities

  • Reduce repetitive manual work through systems and tooling improvements

  • Build monitoring, alerting, and operational visibility systems

  • Continuously improve deployment speed, quality, and scalability

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Deployment Ops, Quality, AI Engineering, Product, and Customer teams

  • Translate operational pain points into scalable technical solutions

  • Act as a bridge between business operations and technical implementation

About You
  • 2+ years in Automation Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Business Systems, Analytics Engineering, Operations Engineering, or similar technical operations roles

  • Strong technical and operational problem-solving skills

  • Experience building automations, dashboards, and internal operational tooling

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams

  • Strong systems-thinking mindset with high ownership and execution orientation

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly resourceful

Nice to Have
  • Experience with SQL, Python, Retool, Zapier, Make, Airtable, or workflow automation platforms

  • Experience building operational dashboards and reporting systems

  • Experience in healthcare, RCM, AI operations, or enterprise SaaS

  • Experience supporting high-growth operational teams

  • Familiarity with API integrations and workflow orchestration

The base salary for this role ranges from $140,000–185,000 depending on experience, skill set, and fit. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications — we’re always open to exceptional talent.
