What You’ll Do:
- Explore, analyze, and document structured and unstructured data across multiple systems
- Build effective BI dashboards, reports, and automated data feeds that empower decision-makers
- Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions using (Window functions, CTE, Joins & Pivots)
- Improve performance through query tuning and database optimization
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights
- Deliver analytics that directly influence strategy and operational excellence
- Additional responsibilities, as assigned.
- 4+ years of experience working with relational databases (one or more of the following: Informix, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- 4+ years of experience with BI tools (one or more of the following: Jasper, AWS Quick Sight, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong experience in SQL query development and tuning
- Hands-on experience with shell/python scripting and source code management tools such as GIT
- Experience working with AI tools
- Working knowledge of AWS services (RDS, Athena, S3)
- Familiarity with columnar databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science and / or appropriate certifications
