- 10+ years of relevant technical and managerial experience
- Proven ability in solution/system engineering within related domains (AI, Health-tech, Data, enterprise SaaS/software)
- Extensive track record of delivering complex technical projects to enterprise customers, preferably in healthcare
- Exceptional analytical thinking, business & data analytics, and process design skills
- Experience managing senior technical and customer-facing teams
- Leadership experience in fast-paced, hyper-growth tech start-ups transitioning from tens to hundreds $M in ARR
- Experience with ML and AI technologies and deployment of AI products in operational workflows - a major advantage
- Familiarity with medical imaging software and related technologies – a major advantage
- Management consulting background – an advantage
- Ability to work seamlessly with Israeli and US teams, customers, and cultures, including cross-timezone work and travel
