Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile delivery for teams by leading all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and ensuring alignment with Navy Federal Agile and SDLC standards.

  • Partner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog, track sprint progress and metrics (velocity, burn-down/up), and provide transparent status reporting.

  • Proactively identify and remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies across teams, and support release planning and coordination.

  • Ensure Azure DevOps practices are consistently followed and promote continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Azure DevOps Boards, Pipelines, Agile Scrum, Sprint Planning Tracking, Stakeholder Communication, and/or Risk Dependency Management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Azure Function Apps

  • Azure Logic Apps

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree
