  • Lead marketing support for field-based initiatives, including industry conferences, trade shows, webinars, continuing education programs, and other customer-facing events.
  • Develop targeted email, direct mail, and other outreach campaigns tailored to key B2B audiences and stages of the customer journey.
  • Manage multiple concurrent marketing initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders on positioning and messaging to ensure consistency and relevance across B2B audiences.
  • Manage and optimize CRM and marketing automation activities, including lead and campaign tracking, reporting, dashboards, data quality, and sales adoption.
  • Monitor campaign and channel performance, translate data into actionable insights, and continuously optimize programs based on results.
  • Help develop scalable marketing processes, tools, and resources that improve collaboration between marketing and sales and support continued organizational growth.
Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, healthcare marketing, demand generation, field marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution; comfortable moving between big-picture planning and detailed delivery.
  • Experience partnering directly with sales or business development teams and developing sales enablement programs and materials.
  • Experience with email marketing, CRM platforms, and/or marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Ability to use campaign and CRM data to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Self-starter who is resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Healthcare experience, particularly within specialty pharmacy, infusion, pharma, health systems, managed care, or other provider-facing environments.
  • Experience marketing to providers, payers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, or other healthcare decision-makers.
  • Experience supporting field sales teams, account-based marketing, and/or geographically targeted growth initiatives.
  • Experience planning and supporting industry events, conferences, webinars, or educational programs.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience working within a multi-brand or multi-business-unit organization.
What Success Looks Like

Within the first 6–12 months, this person will have:

  • Built a more proactive and coordinated B2B marketing approach aligned with sales and organizational growth priorities.
  • Launched targeted campaigns that generate measurable engagement, leads, referrals, and/or sales opportunities across priority audiences.
  • Strengthened the partnership between marketing and sales, with clearer processes for identifying needs, launching initiatives, and tracking results.
  • Improved the quality, consistency, and adoption of sales enablement resources used by business development and account teams.
  • Established stronger CRM and campaign tracking practices that provide better visibility into lead sources, pipeline activity, and marketing contribution.
  • Created repeatable processes for field marketing, events, campaigns, and follow-up so that initiatives can scale across markets and business units.
  • Demonstrated the ability to independently manage multiple high-priority initiatives from idea through execution while maintaining quality and momentum.
