About Opus Training

Opus is the leading AI-powered training operations platform for restaurants and the broader service industry. We are a team of service industry veterans + tech professionals on a mission to create a world where every frontline worker has a good job.

Role Overview

As the Sr. Product Marketing Manager at Opus Training, you will be our lead product marketer, joining during a high growth trajectory where we've established a strong reputation in restaurants and are already growing in new industry verticals and enterprise-level national brands. Marketing plays a critical growth role in driving inbound pipeline, and you're a critical pillar in brand awareness, solutions consideration, and community building—not just sales enablement.

We're looking for a strategic thinker and quarterback who can scale campaigns with all the resources—teammates, agencies, tools—to ship fast at a high bar of excellence. As a company, we model what good teaching looks like—we show, engage, and enable our community, not just tell them with decks. We're looking for someone who gets excited and has experience working across various mediums to bring the point to life and educate. And here's the cherry on top: because the product works so well, we have customers readily willing to share their story. It's a marketer's dream—real impact, proven results, and enthusiastic advocates.

Key Responsibilities

Working in close partnership with our Growth Marketing lead, you'll drive revenue outcomes through complementary expertise: you'll own market insights, positioning, and sales enablement while they handle channel execution, performance optimization, and lead generation.

Drive Revenue Growth Through Strategic Market Expansion

  • Execute go-to-market strategies for new products and vertical expansion, contributing to improved pipeline generation, win rates, and deal velocity
  • Accelerate sales outcomes through sales enablement, segmented sales collateral, internal sales tools that helps sales teams win deals faster and at higher values
  • Decrease prospect time-to-value with educational content that positions our solution as the obvious choice

Unlock Customer Success as a Growth Engine

  • Transform customer advocacy into measurable pipeline by building systematic referral programs and case study development
  • Increase customer lifetime value through expansion messaging and community-driven growth initiatives

Establish Market Leadership Through Thought Leadership

  • Position Opus as the category-defining platform in the hospitality and service industry
  • Create thought leadership content using industry and proprietary data to give our audience the evidence they need to improve L&D programs, and establish Opus as the trusted authority on frontline training
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or frontline workforce technology
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and what sales teams need to succeed.
  • Excellent storytelling abilities with intuitive, structured thinking—can quickly grasp complex concepts and translate features into accessible, compelling benefits
  • Deeply curious, with experience in customer and market research, win/loss analysis, and competitive analysis
  • Strong project management capabilities with experience managing cross-functional initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage diverse stakeholders effectively
  • Proficiency and genuine interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, content creation, and analysis
What Success Looks Like

Within first year

  • Program lead of GTM strategies like new products, new segment expansion, etc.
  • Build a sales enablement suite of assets from mid-funnel → late stage funnel so sales teams can be the most efficient and effective at selling across segments
  • Be a “Opus evangelist” and expert on our different buyer and champion personas
  • Support continued executive thought leadership in close partnership with Rachael (CEO) and the VP of Marketing
  • Increase community credibility with training manager level engagement (e.g. Office Hours) with our Customer Success Lead
Why Join Opus Training

You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing business that's transforming how the service industry develop their most valuable asset – their people. Your work will directly influence how effectively we communicate our value to the market and how successfully we grow our customer base.
