We are looking for a B2B Sales professional with 3–5 years of experience to grow Evermos’ bullion (Logam Mulia) business through reseller and B2B channels. This role is responsible for expanding distribution networks, acquiring strategic partners, managing reseller communities, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and expand reseller, retail, and B2B sales channels for Logam Mulia
- Acquire and manage strategic partners, including resellers, jewelry stores, gold traders, cooperatives, financial institutions, and corporate clients.
- Recruit, onboard, and activate reseller partners to drive transaction growth.
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, onboarding, and account management.
- Build strong relationships with key partners through regular field visits and business development activities.
- Identify new market opportunities and partnership initiatives to increase sales and market penetration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies and optimize channel performance.
- Working location: Yogyakarta OR Surabaya
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Channel Development, or Account Management.
- Proven experience managing reseller networks, distributors, retail partners, or B2B clients.
- Strong sales, negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially driven, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Willing to travel frequently and work onsite.
