- 10 years’
experience performing business analysis tasks supporting information system
implementation projects and process mapping activities. Experience should include documenting
customer requirements, and business processes and identifying where the
capability gaps lie. The response should
include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that
totals at least 10 years.
- 3 years’
experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders and implementing systems in
a healthcare setting. The response
should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work
that totals at least 3 years.
- 3 years’
experience implementing a project across multiple hospitals including gathering
technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders. The
response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or
work that totals at least 3 years.
- 3 years’
experience directly configuring hospital EPR (Electronic Patient Record)
applications. The response should include at least 1 example including duration
of the project or work that totals at least 3 years.
- 3 years’
experience directly related to EHCR (Electronic Home Care Record)
implementation. The response should include at least 1 example including
duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years.
Requirements
- Valid IIBA
Certified Business Analysis Professional CBAP certification. Proof of the
certification shall be provided with the response.
- Valid
Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided
with the response.

Certified Scrum Master CSM. Proof of the
