About the Role:As a Backend / Integration Engineer, you will design and build the service layer powering our next-generation B2B distribution platforms. You will focus on creating reliable APIs and integrations with ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems, ensuring that new digital capabilities connect seamlessly into existing workflows. This role requires deep technical skills and pragmatic approach to building systems that deliver measurable outcomes.
You will work across custom microservices and external APIs, ensuring seamless integration with both legacy systems and third-party AI platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop microservices and APIs that power core business workflows
- Build secure, reliable integrations across ERP, CRM, PIM, and eCommerce systems
- Collaborate with frontend and product teams to ensure end-to-end user value
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding and testing
- Document integration patterns for long-term maintainability and scalability
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience
- Proficiency in API development, microservices, and distributed systems
- Experience integrating ERP/CRM/eCommerce systems
- Familiarity with workflow automation and event-driven design
- Comfort using AI development assistants (e.g., co-pilot, claude code, cursor)
