The Opportunity
As a Bank Platform Transformation - Test Execution Leader you will lead test execution work across a bank platform transformation, coordinating test cases, scenarios, and defect review for system and software applications within our Advisory practice. As a Manager you will motivate and coach team members, drive workstream planning and execution, and apply judgment to balance timelines, quality, and stakeholder needs while promoting a culture of accountability and technology-enabled delivery.
