Summary: The Hospice Bereavement Client- Coordinator coordinates the Hospice Bereavement activities, and provides psychosocial and bereavement counseling to the hospice patients and families and takes part in Bereavement Department programs
Requirements
- Licensed Master of Social Work, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or License Mental Health Counselor required.
- Specialized training in the area of death and dying preferred or related field.
- At least two years of hospice experience preferred.
- Position requires ability to commute to multiple territories to ensure continuity of care.
- A valid driver's license is required.(This requirement does not apply to positions assigned exclusively to Manhattan territory)
- A vehicle is required to commute to patients. (This requirement does not apply to positions assigned exclusively to Manhattan territory)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exhibits and ability and attitude relative to the spirit of caring and tradition at Calvary Hospital as required by specific job duties and functions.

Salary: $89,712.81/ annually
