Key Responsibilities:Invoice Preparation & Review:
- Generate and review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure billing aligns with contractual terms and service delivery.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Monitor billing metrics and KPIs.
Reconciliation & Dispute Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and customer service teams to address issues.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc billing reports for management.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
System Management:
- Maintain and update billing systems and databases.
- Assist in system upgrades or transitions related to billing.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure billing practices comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and reviews.
