You’ll crush this role if you bring 1+ years of high-volume billing, data entry, or invoicing experience - court reporting or legal billing is a definite plus - and you're known for speed and accuracy in equal measure. You're highly detail-oriented, the kind of person who catches errors before they become problems and keeps data clean even when volume is high. You're proficient on PC, pick up new systems quickly, and are comfortable in Google Workspace and Slack (bonus points for wiki platform experience). Organized and adaptable, you thrive wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, remote environment where learning on the fly is part of the job. Most importantly, you're excited about growing with a fast-moving tech startup and see real opportunity in being part of something bigger. We are looking for people who can cover EST or PST work hours and are ok with a mandatory Saturday once a month.
