About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Who may apply
 Current university students and recent graduates

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate partners who share our vision
  • Negotiate brand partnerships to achieve business goals
  • Build and execute partnership strategies and activation plans
  • Work with cross-functional teams (brand, comms, insights, design, content, data, product, social media, legal) to plan annual strategy (goals, budget, channels, product-market fit)
  • Use data to set goals and measure campaign performance (short-term and long-term)
  • Manage global budgets and improve ROI
  • Share market insights and industry knowledge
  • Support regional and local teams to improve marketing execution
  • Lead complex projects from start to finish
  • Be proactive, resourceful, and action-driven

Requirements:

  • Experience in brand, marketing, and campaign/event execution
  • Strong project management, strategy, relationship-building, and storytelling skills
  • Experience working with global partners, internal teams, and agencies
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning and partnership value
  • Creative and data-driven mindset
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
  • Experience or strong understanding of crypto/Web3 (NFTs, fan tokens) is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • High curiosity and willingness to learn
