About Binance Accelerator Program
 
Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Who may apply
 
Current university students, recent graduates and working adults with less than 2 years of working experience upon graduation. 

Responsibilities:

    • Take ownership of the end-to-end fullstack development process of various types of user-facing applications.

    • Communicate with and create solutions for internal and external stakeholders.

    • Optimize applications to provide top-level performance and user experience.

    • Create reusable tools that accelerate the development of new applications.

    • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers, data scientists, product managers, designers, and operation teams to create impactful products.

Requirements:

     

    • Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and other web technologies.

    • Experience in developing large scale responsive web apps for multiple platforms, including low-end mobile devices.

    • Proficiency with some backend languages(Python, Java, Go, etc.).

    • Some experience with databases like Postgres/MySQL/MongoDB.

    • Some experience with AI Agent development (Dify, LangChain, Mastra, OpenAI Agents SDK, etc.). + 

    • Ability to maintain high velocity and ensure result delivery even in an environment with potential obstacles, misalignments or ambiguous requirements.
