About Phoebe

Phoebe is modernizing America's home healthcare infrastructure. This is the coordination layer for one of the largest labor markets in the country.

About the role

You'll work directly with Justin (CEO) as a force multiplier - making sure the highest-leverage work actually gets done. You'll have visibility into everything: product, sales, customers, investors. You'll sit in the room for the important conversations, then own the follow-through.

The scope changes constantly. One week you're closing out compliance paperwork, the next you're running a customer implementation, the next you're prepping investor materials. You build context fast, figure things out without being told how, and don't let things slip through the cracks.

This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role for someone early in their career who wants to learn how companies actually get built - by doing the work, not watching it happen.

What you'll do

  • Own the workflows and projects that keep the CEO and company moving

  • Sit in on customer, investor, and partner meetings - prep beforehand, drive follow-up after

  • Manage internal priorities and make sure decisions turn into actions

  • Write key communications on behalf of the CEO

  • Own cross-functional projects that don't fit neatly anywhere else

  • Be the person who makes problems disappear

Who you are

  • 1-3 years in consulting, banking, or a high-output role at a startup

  • Relentless follow-through - you don't drop balls

  • Comfortable with ambiguity - you figure things out

  • Strong written communication

  • High agency, low ego

Nice to have

  • Healthcare or B2B SaaS experience

  • You know what function you eventually want to own

What we offer

  • See how a company gets built from the CEO's vantage point

  • Competitive salary with above-market equity

  • Small team where your work directly moves the needle

  • In-person in NYC (Chinatown / LES) - we work in the same room

  • Path to grow into whatever function fits you as we scale
