About Phoebe
Phoebe is modernizing America's home healthcare infrastructure. This is the coordination layer for one of the largest labor markets in the country.
About the role
You'll work directly with Justin (CEO) as a force multiplier - making sure the highest-leverage work actually gets done. You'll have visibility into everything: product, sales, customers, investors. You'll sit in the room for the important conversations, then own the follow-through.
The scope changes constantly. One week you're closing out compliance paperwork, the next you're running a customer implementation, the next you're prepping investor materials. You build context fast, figure things out without being told how, and don't let things slip through the cracks.
This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role for someone early in their career who wants to learn how companies actually get built - by doing the work, not watching it happen.
What you'll do
Own the workflows and projects that keep the CEO and company moving
Sit in on customer, investor, and partner meetings - prep beforehand, drive follow-up after
Manage internal priorities and make sure decisions turn into actions

Own cross-functional projects that don't fit neatly anywhere else
Be the person who makes problems disappear
