This allows rights holders to:

  • Drive incremental sponsorship revenue
  • Offer targeted media beyond traditional assets
  • Prove ROI on partnerships
  • Unlock new digital revenue streams

Partnerbrite can be sold as a standalone monetization platform or as part of the WSC ecosystem, combining content, audience, and media activation into a single commercial solution.

Requirements

What You'll Do:

New Business:

  • Close new partnerships with teams, leagues, and rights holders
  • Deliver against annual new logo and revenue targets
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline
  • Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to close

Problem-Led Selling:

Sell against core challenges:

  • Under-monetized fan data
  • Limited targeted media for sponsors
  • Lack of measurable ROI
  • Disconnected content, data, and media

Stakeholder Selling:

  • Sell across multiple departments within rights holders, recognising each has different commercial objectives and challenges
  • Clearly translate Partnerbrite’s value into relevant outcomes for each function (revenue growth, audience monetisation, campaign performance, and data activation)
  • Navigate and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals

WSC Ecosystem Selling:

  • Leverage WSC’s client base to drive adoption
  • Work closely with WSC teams while owning Partnerbrite sales

Collaboration:

  • Shape commercial propositions with internal teams
  • Help rights holders package and sell fan-targeted media
  • Feed market insight into product and positioning

What You'll Need:

  • Proven success selling into sports teams, leagues, or rights holders
  • Strong understanding of sports revenue models
  • Experience selling adtech, data, or performance media
  • Track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Bonus - experience packaging and selling sponsorships for sports organizations

Core Skills:

  • Strong commercial instinct
  • Able to sell nuanced propositions (standalone vs ecosystem)
  • Clear, outcome-focused communicator
  • Well-networked in North American sports
  • High ownership and self-sufficient

Success Metrics:

  • New logos and revenue
  • Pipeline value and conversion
  • Multi-department adoption within accounts
  • Brand recognition and positioning within commercial ecosystem of sports organizations and brands

Compensation, Benefits And Perks:

This Role's ranges in salary from $160,000 - $190,000.

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience and education.

On top of the base salary, the benefits available for this position are:
