About SalesJack

SalesJack is the leading sales platform for independent businesses in the construction supply industry. Our customers are the backbone of the industry, driven by blue-collar, entrepreneurial teams who have been underserved by technology for too long. With SalesJack, these companies finally have the tools to compete head-to-head with larger rivals.

Our founding team brings experience from Uber and the construction industry, giving us a unique perspective on the challenges our customers face and how to solve them. We're committed to sustainable growth, building a long-term business that can have a lasting impact on this massive and vital industry.

We are looking to hire a Business Operations Manager to help us scale the company across customer setup, revenue operations, product operations, and internal processes. This is a broad, high-impact role for someone who is analytical, operationally strong, customer-oriented, and excited to use modern tools, including AI, to build systems from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Work directly with the founders across customer operations, revenue operations, product, and internal systems:

  • Help onboard and set up new customers, making sure they are configured properly and ready to succeed on SalesJack.

  • Support revenue operations, including CRM workflows, pipeline reporting, customer data, and internal dashboards.

  • Partner with the product team by surfacing customer feedback, documenting workflow gaps, and helping prioritize improvements.

  • Use data to identify trends, improve processes, and help the team make better decisions.

  • Build lightweight playbooks, documentation, and operating systems that help the company scale.

  • Leverage AI tools to improve internal workflows, customer support, data analysis, and operational efficiency.

  • Jump into ambiguous problems across the business and bring structure, ownership, and follow-through.

You Might Be a Fit If You...
  • Have experience in business operations, revenue operations, customer operations, product operations, implementation, consulting, or a similarly cross-functional role.

  • Are highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.

  • Are analytical and comfortable working with SQL, spreadsheets, CRMs, dashboards, and business metrics.

  • Are excited about using AI tools to move faster, automate repetitive work, and improve business processes.

  • Can work directly with customers while also digging into systems, workflows, data, and product details.

  • Have a builder mindset: scrappy, practical, comfortable with imperfect processes, and excited to create structure.

  • Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous early-stage settings.

  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience at an early-stage B2B SaaS company.

  • Experience or interest in the construction, building materials, distribution, or industrial supply industries.
