Job Description

We need help with keeping our books and office organized. Responsibilities includes

- Use QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Offices to record all of our business transactions properly

- Invoicing and collection

- Managing Purchase with Vendors

- Prepare/Manage Sales Tax

- Prepare tax return (With help from outside CPA firm)

- Organize office supplies.

Qualifications

- QuickBooks or QBO experience

- 1+ Years Bookkeeping experience

- Fast pace but detail oriented
