We are looking for a Bookkeeper who is organized, accurate and comfortable managing daily financial records. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining clean financial data and supporting the company’s overall accounting needs.

Responsibilities
    •    Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system
    •    Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements and accounts
    •    Process invoices, payments and receipts
    •    Maintain organized financial records and filing systems
    •    Prepare basic financial reports when needed
    •    Track accounts payable and accounts receivable
    •    Assist with payroll preparation and expense tracking
    •    Communicate with vendors, clients and internal teams regarding billing or payments
    •    Support the accountant with monthly and year end tasks
    •    Ensure all financial information is accurate and up to date

Qualifications
    •    Experience in bookkeeping or basic accounting
    •    Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar programs
    •    Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    •    Good organizational and time management skills
    •    Ability to maintain confidentiality with financial information
    •    Clear communication skills when working with vendors or team members
    •    Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
    •    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
