Job Description

Your Career

As a Brand Campaign Manager, you will be a key contributor to our Campaign Center of Excellence (COE) team, focusing on the execution and optimization of global brand campaigns. You will support the development and implementation of strategies designed to drive awareness and consideration among our target audiences, with a particular emphasis on C-level executives and the promotion of thought leadership content.

Your Impact

  • Campaign Management: Actively participate in the end-to-end strategy and execution of global brand campaigns, including digital advertising, social media initiatives, content promotion, and experiential activations
  • AI Readiness: Actively pursue AI innovations; explore capabilities and drive efficiencies and creativity and foster an AI-first environment
  • Content Coordination: Collaborate closely with content marketing, creative services, and external agencies to ensure all campaign assets (e.g., ad copy, landing pages, video scripts, social visuals) align with brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives
  • Digital Channel Management: Support the deployment and monitoring of brand campaigns across various digital platforms, including paid social, display networks, and programmatic advertising, ensuring optimal reach and frequency
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track key brand metrics (e.g., impressions, reach, engagement, brand sentiment) and campaign performance data, assisting in the generation of reports and identifying opportunities for real-time optimization to enhance brand impact
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal teams such as product marketing, corporate communications, field marketing, and sales enablement to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaign delivery
  • Brand Consistency: Act as a brand advocate, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all campaign touchpoints
  • Market Research Support: Assist in researching market trends, competitive landscapes, and audience insights to inform future brand campaign strategies

Qualifications

Your Experience 

  • 5+ years brand marketing experience with a focus on digital campaign execution and media and event sponsorships within a B2B technology environment
  • Proven ability to own a B2B technology campaign, delivering on anticipated outcomes and shaping corporate narratives in creative, customer-first activations
  • Demonstrated understanding of brand building principles and the consumer journey from awareness to consideration
  • Experience assisting with the development and deployment of digital advertising campaigns
  • Proven analytical skills with experience extracting and interpreting campaign performance data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate brand messages clearly and compellingly
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent military experience required

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $129,000/YR - $207,000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
