Company Description

Based in Ennismore’s New York office, the Brand & Content Marketing Manager will join a passionate team building awareness and equity of Delano, Our Habitas & SLS brands globally. Key responsibilities include supporting global and hotel level campaigns that impact commercial objectives, driving strategy and execution for creative and content across channels and markets, and sustaining momentum in brand and enterprise initiatives designed to drive growth.

This role is ideal for a highly-organized, content-savvy brand marketer, who will bring creativity and energy to dynamic brands as they evolve to engage new audiences and continue to define lifestyle hospitality. The base salary for this role is $85,000 annually

Job Description

What you’ll do in the role…

  • Act as a guardian of Delano, Our Habitas & SLS brand identities, building assets, guidance and tools to ensure thoughtful, memorable and compelling communication at every point in the guest journey.
  • Lead global brand social media channels and strategy, inclusive of social media guidelines for local market channels, monitoring quality and performance. Identify and adapt to trends and maintain an always-on exchange with property accounts. Commission and manage global content creation and support community management.
  • Use keen eye for design and understanding of brand to evaluate and feed-back on creative, and support brand and hotel photoshoots.
  • Champion content creation and a seamless user experience across brand websites, including making image and copy updates directly within the CMS. Develop new webpages and implement user journey improvements in collaboration with E-commerce team. Support properties in managing CMS revisions, including training and troubleshooting as needed. 
  • Manage annual e-mail marketing campaign calendar, including creation of global brand email campaigns and review of hotel campaigns; report on performance and optimize content based on key learnings. Oversee content updates for transactional emails and templates. Experience with Revinate is a major plus.
  • Create and implement multi-channel campaigns, working with Revenue Management and Digital/E-commerce teams to ensure smooth execution across owned, earned and paid channels, including the website, digital marketing, organic social, paid social, PR, e-mail marketing and more.
  • Serve as a support for property marketing teams on creation and execution of marketing plans that drive commercial results.
  • Collaborate with the Dis-loyalty team to promote Ennismore’s membership program across brand owned media channels; concept unique brand experiences and activations for members and to generate new sign-ups.
  • Partner with E-commerce team to drive traffic and conversion on brand.com, optimizing digital campaigns, and ensuring all content is on-brand across SEM, SEO, business listings/directories, and paid social/media.  
  • Support and execute global brand initiatives, building a cohesive support plan to ensure that we activate ideas to maximise impact from PR, digital, content & events.
  • Develop and track key campaign metrics, presenting results to a variety of stakeholders. 

Qualifications

  • Someone with a passion and knowledge of the arts, design and the hospitality industry who has their finger on the pulse
  • A brand guardian across all global owned channels – creating tools and guidance to ensure all content celebrates and embraces our brand values and strategy
  • Ability to translate brand identity and values into strong verbiage, visuals, partnerships and programming
  • A creative campaign thinker, from ideation to delivery, who can bring ideas and visions to fruition 
  • Someone who can develop and deliver simple but inspiring brand tools to ensure all markets have clear objectives and expectations
  • Someone proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Someone who loves to think strategically but also has a creative eye for detail
  • A great communicator with stakeholders across a business at any level
  • Able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and working productively and efficiently under pressure 
  • 4 or more years of experience in marketing 
  • Hospitality experience appreciated but not required
  • Ability to identify new issues, trends and opportunities from data
  • Strong understanding of social marketing trends and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and tools (Sprout, Canva, etc.) a must; Experience with marketing & CRM tools (Revinate), website CMS (Wordpress) and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
  • Intermediate MS PowerPoint skills (ability to build comprehensive presentations)
  • You can travel as needed
