ABOUT OVERCAST DIGITAL

OverCast Digital is a leading triple-certified TikTok Shop Partner based in Irvine, CA. We specialize in providing comprehensive solutions for rising social commerce channels, including strategy, affiliate management, and LIVE shopping. Our dedicated team works to shape TikTok into a vibrant community of inspiration and influence, with a network of top content creators and affiliates leading the charge. At OverCast Digital, we believe that the future of commerce is social.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Brand Creator Manager to join our team and own the affiliate creator program for a portfolio of beauty and personal care brands. This is a client-facing, mid-senior role for someone who has a strong foundation in creator or affiliate marketing and is ready to bring genuine strategic ownership to their accounts.

As a Brand Creator Manager, you will lead the day-to-day management of creator and affiliate programs, drive performance analysis and reporting, and serve as a key point of contact for clients. You will work cross-functionally with our Accounts, Shop Operations, Strategy, and Creator Management teams, and be expected to bring strategic perspective, not just execution, to every client relationship.

The ideal candidate has experience managing creator or affiliate programs end to end, communicates confidently with clients, and knows how to translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Creator Strategy & Program Ownership

  • Own affiliate creator strategy and implementation for your assigned brands, including pipeline development, outreach prioritization, and program optimization.
  • Manage a portfolio of affiliate creators, identifying top performers and surfacing graduation candidates for VIP consideration.
  • Analyze content performance trends — hooks, video formats, product resonance — and apply those insights to inform creator selection, briefing, and sampling strategy.
  • Track product request signals from creators and use them to shape messaging recommendations and sampling decisions.

Client Communications

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on affiliate and creator program performance.
  • Participate in weekly client strategy syncs, presenting performance analysis and strategic recommendations with confidence.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively, flagging risks and opportunities before clients have to ask.

Reporting & Performance Insights

  • Own the affiliate section of client weekly agendas and reporting decks.
  • Analyze creator and campaign performance beyond surface metrics — diagnose what is working, why, and what to do next.
  • Track trends across your brand portfolio and provide actionable recommendations that connect performance data to client growth goals.
  • Build weekly reports that tell a clear story, not just pull numbers.

Campaign Execution & Creator Management

  • Lead affiliate outreach, creator onboarding, and campaign execution end to end.
  • Manage creator communications across briefs, timelines, product sampling, and content requirements.
  • Own sampling logistics for standard affiliate creators and execute VIP sampling handoffs in coordination with the Creator Management team.

Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Account Managers, the Creator Management team, and Shop Operations to align on campaign priorities and client goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership on escalations, strategic decisions, and program development as the team grows.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with meaningful exposure to creator or influencer programs within a social commerce or e-commerce context.
  • Agency experience required — you have worked in a fast-moving, multi-client environment and know how to manage competing priorities without losing quality.
  • Background in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or CPG is strongly preferred. You understand the category, the consumer, and the creator landscape within it.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage affiliate programs with real strategic ownership, not just execution support.
  • Operates with a high degree of autonomy — you stay ahead of your accounts, manage up proactively, and don't wait to be asked.
  • Confident, professional communicator who can lead client-facing conversations and hold a room with senior marketing stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical instincts — comfortable turning performance data into clear narratives and recommendations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple brands and workstreams simultaneously without dropping balls.
  • Deep familiarity with TikTok and the social commerce creator landscape.

Desired Experience

  • 1+ year of hands-on TikTok Shop experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Lark, and Slack.
  • Familiarity with affiliate outreach platforms (e.g., Cruva, Euka, Blazi, or similar tools).

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Location

  • Based in New York City.
  • This role offers a flexible work environment — remote or at a coworking space provided by OverCast Digital.
