The role

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Brand Designer to work at the intersection of communications and brand design. This is a highly technical graphic design role, with most of the work happening in Figma and Photoshop. You should have a strong point of view on layout, editorial design, typography, and photography, and be comfortable designing systems that scale. A systems-oriented mindset is essential, as this role supports work across multiple channels and touchpoints.

How you’ll contribute

• Independently execute refined visual systems across email, social, and presentation decks

• Must be able to think across mediums between copy, layout, as design is not just filling out a box

• Apply a strong eye for layout, type hierarchy, and color palette to every deliverable

• Stay fluent in social trends, with the ability to curate art direction, references, and visual inspiration

• Contribute to all phases of creative production

What you need to succeed

• 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design and or communications design

• Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual craft, paired with strong design discipline

• Strong sensibility for photography and image curation

• Comfortable collaborating with senior and executive-level stakeholders

• A well-developed visual point of view, demonstrated through a strong portfolio featuring brand storytelling and cross-channel work

• FIGMA & Photoshop skills

• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and AI tools are a bonus

• BFA in Graphic Design or a related field

• Strong preference for graduates of SVA, RISD, Pratt, Rhode Island School of Design, or equivalent internationally recognized programs
