Company Description

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join the newly formed Americas regional brand team at Ennismore, supporting our central brand and regional hotel & restaurant teams to execute global marketing projects. 

The Brand Marketing Manager will work across a broad range of creative projects using their brand and project skills and experience to help bring our clever and crazy ideas to life! The role exists to ensure the successful delivery of new property openings as well as marketing campaigns and content shoots, major brand events or new product launches from initial brief through to the final invoice. 

Based in New York or Cancun, Mexico and dual reporting to the VP of Brand Marketing for North America and the VP of Brand Marketing for LATAM & Caribbean. It will also support the roll-out of any global campaigns or toolkits for Delano, 21c, SLS & Park Royal that will be implemented internationally, facilitated by other regional teams.   

Alongside these global responsibilities, the role is a pivotal part of the Americas brand marketing team supporting as PM on any openings, regardless of the brand, across the region, supporting all Ennismore properties that need specific input on executing their activations. 

Job Description

What you'll do...

  • Brand Projects come in many guises, and the Brand Marking Manager will easily adapt to transfer brand and PM skills to a variety of tasks. Examples include new hotel launches, 360 marketing campaigns, photoshoots, implementing loyalty programmes, managing retail projects, brand experiences and events and setting brand standards.  
  • You will be support project execution with the brand team and key stakeholders ensuring all projects have been considered from a business, revenue and brand perspective 
  • You will support on the project management to ensure things are completed on time and in budget to the standards of our brands – including but not limited to: 
    • Creating critical paths in the most appropriate format / software 
    • Working through guest journey with brand teams to ensure every detail has been considered and is true to brand DNA 
    • Communicating with stakeholders, responsible for keeping project team on track 
    • Accounting, costing and billing 
  • Put reporting processes in place to ensure we are tracking and evaluating project successes (big or small!) and sharing with the wider business in a timely fashion - e.g. no. of bookings driven/social engagement – we do great things but need to be better at telling people! 
  • Constantly evaluate the efficiency and success of our project platforms and processes to evolve to support the delivery of design work and brand projects – we’re on a mission to deliver the best service! 
  • Support the marketing team in all property openings across the region ensuring our teams input is delivered on time and within budget leading to the successful launch of a hotel and brand. This will involve coordinating with departments from digital & content, PR & cultural marketing and creative & design. You’ll know every opening inside out and represent the marketing team in critical path meetings throughout. 
  • Working with the team to ensure brand standards documents for Delano, 21c, SLS & Park Royal are up to date and distributed to regional teams. 
  • Coordinate with international teams and properties for the rollout of global brand campaigns or partnerships that will be launched in multiple regions or hotels.

The annual base salary for this role is starting at $85,000.
