Position Title: Brand Platform Assistant
Location: Remote from the U.S.
Role Type: Full-Time / Temporary (40 hours/week)
Duration: 6 months+, with potential for extension or transition to permanent salaried role based on performance and business needs.

About the role

As a Brand Platform Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting internal sales teams and Brand Platform Consultants in the execution of creator marketing campaigns. This position provides valuable hands-on experience within a dynamic digital marketing environment, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals aspiring to develop a career in creator, Creator and brand partnership operations. Success in this role demands exceptional attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive, self-driven approach.

How you will make an impact

In this role, you will support and execute various functions throughout the campaign process, including campaign execution, gifting coordination, timeline management, reporting, and optimization, while fostering strong collaboration. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Timely distribution of campaign offers and materials to partners and external stakeholders.
  • Compilation and organization of campaign assets for review by brand clients and internal teams.
  • Thorough review of campaign content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Assurance that all content complies with regulatory requirements prior to distribution.
  • Coordination of tracking, delivery, and utilization of brand gifting to creators.
  • Assistance in communicating inventory issues to brands and creators.
  • Management and tracking of campaign timelines to ensure all deliverables are met within deadlines.
  • Effective communication with internal and external teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Maintenance of project management tools to ensure they reflect current campaign information and timelines.
  • Collaboration with brand teammates and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Regular communication with the operations team to provide updates and clarify campaign requirements.
  • Assistance in tracking campaign performance and compiling reports for internal and external stakeholders.

What you bring to LTK

  • 1+ year of experience in campaign management, marketing operations, or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs), and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to manage both routine and dynamic tasks.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • A team-oriented mindset and eagerness to collaborate across functions.
  • Commitment to operational excellence and effective prioritization.
