· As knowledge and experience grow, increased ownership of manufacturer programs and relationships is demonstrated.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

·       2+ years of relevant experience in business operations, healthcare, pharmaceutical, supply chain, or account management; open to adjacent industries with strong analytical and project management experience

·       Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decision-making

·       Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) and strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and SharePoint

·       Foundational understanding of business concepts such as profitability, margins, and cost structures, with a willingness to learn how these drivers impact business performance.

·       Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in contract-driven or regulated environments
