In this role, you’ll create a welcoming and inclusive store environment where customers feel seen, heard, and celebrated. Reporting to the Retail Operations team, you’ll bring Knix’s mission to life through genuine connections, strong product knowledge, and consistent operational excellence.

The Opportunity:
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences by providing personalized, inclusive, and knowledgeable service. Guide each customer through fit and product education to ensure they feel comfortable and confident, while building lasting relationships through attentive listening and tailored solutions.
- Drive sales and results by contributing to daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Increase conversion, add-on sales, and average transaction value through meaningful customer interactions, while sharing feedback to enhance products and the in-store experience.
- Ensure operational excellence by upholding store standards in cleanliness, visual merchandising, and inventory management. Accurately support stock replenishment, fitting room operations, and cash handling, while following all company policies to maintain safety, efficiency, and consistency.
- Be a true Knix ambassador by representing the brand with pride, authenticity, and enthusiasm. Support grassroots marketing and community engagement initiatives, while embodying Knix’s mission to make people feel unstoppable in their own skin.
- Train and empower store teams by delivering engaging product knowledge sessions, teaching Knix’s sales model, and reinforcing customer service standards to ensure a consistent, elevated brand experience across all locations.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of retail or customer-facing experience, ideally in apparel, lifestyle, or customer-centric environments.
- Store Manager experience desired but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine love of people.A track record of delivering and achieving sales results and KPI performance.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for Knix’s mission and a desire to grow with the company.
Performance Indicators:
- Sales contributions (conversion, average order value, individual sales/business unit success).
- Customer satisfaction scores and feedback.
- Operational excellence in merchandising, replenishment, and policy adherence.
- Training effectiveness, including store team knowledge of products, adoption of Knix’s sales model, and consistency in customer service standards. Team collaboration, reliability, and positive cultural impact in-store.
