Position Summary

Onit is seeking a Brand & Social Strategist to execute and elevate our organic social presence. In this hands-on individual contributor role, you will manage the execution of Onit's social strategy and editorial calendar across priority channels (particularly LinkedIn), apply our brand voice consistently, and bring company news, customer stories, and industry insights to life in ways that build awareness and engagement with our target audiences. You'll collaborate closely with marketing leaders and cross-functional partners to deliver social content that supports Onit's market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Execute Onit's organic social strategy, editorial calendar, and day-to-day content delivery across priority channels, particularly LinkedIn

    •    Create original, social-first content that drives awareness and engagement with target audiences, following established brand voice and messaging guidelines

    •    Support executives with social content and thought leadership initiatives as requested, including ghostwriting and content recommendations

    •    Apply and maintain Onit's brand voice and tone consistently across social and key marketing touchpoints

    •    Identify and develop compelling stories from our customers, products, people, and industry using established storytelling frameworks

    •    Monitor social listening insights and performance data; apply testing approaches to optimize content performance and identify improvement opportunities

    •    Collaborate with content, creative, communications, product marketing, and other teams to execute assigned campaigns and content initiatives

Required Skills:

    •    5+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, communications, or a related field, ideally in B2B technology or SaaS

    •    Demonstrated success executing social media programs and managing content calendars for B2B audiences

    •    Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt across brand, executive, and social voices

    •    Strong instincts for brand, storytelling, and what makes content engaging

    •    Experience supporting senior executives with social content and thought leadership

    •    Solid understanding of LinkedIn and B2B social platforms

    •    Strong collaborative skills; ability to work effectively across teams
