Littlebird seeks a Brand Visual Designer to develop and own its visual identity across all platforms, emphasizing uniqueness and personal style, within a collaborative environment.

The Role
What we're looking for
Benefits
Littlebird is building a personal AI that connects your entire digital life, protecting your focus from clutter and surfacing what you need, the moment you need it. We're a small, async-first team that cares deeply about craft and the details that most people skip over. Check out the recent TechCrunch news on our $11M seed funding and what users are saying about the product.
Our team is well-funded, small and growing - this is a great time to join and contribute to foundational aspects of our growth! Littlebird is remote-first; we speak a few languages, love to collaborate, and like to build things that we enjoy using.
We're looking for a designer with a distinctive visual point of view. The ideal candidate is someone who knows the trends and ignores them entirely, because they've developed something more interesting on their own.
You'll own the visual identity of Littlebird across brand, marketing, and product surfaces. Our aesthetic is warm, intentional, and slightly solar punk. We want to be fun and provocative. We've done foundational brand work with an external agency and now need someone in-house to take it from here and make it theirs.
The specifics of the role - what you touch, what you own, how you collaborate - will shape itself around you. We want someone whose portfolio makes us stop scrolling.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional design experience in a startup or 0-1 environment
- A strong, unique visual style and a portfolio that proves it. That's it. That's the bar.
- If your work has a point of view - if people can look at three of your pieces and know they came from the same person - we want to talk to you.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Benefits
- Remote-friendly work environment
- Collaborative team culture
- Opportunity to shape infrastructure decisions
- Competitive compensation packages including stock and health/dental/vision/life benefits, paid time off, 401k, and parental leave
- Flexible working hours across multiple time zones
