About the team:
We are a nimble team of expert Bubble Developers who build the very tools that power Bubble itself. Our main web app (bubble.io) and our recently-acquired security product (app.flusk.eu) are built on Bubble, covering a vast range of areas—onboarding, the Bubble ecosystem, education, security, marketing, and more. As a team, we move fast, tackle diverse challenges, and push the limits of what’s possible with Bubble.

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects that reach millions of users, collaborating with teams across Product, Design, and Marketing. From turning Figma designs into seamless, interactive experiences to architecting sophisticated backend logic, you’ll help enhance and expand what’s possible with Bubble. As a power user, you’ll push the technical boundaries of Bubble and help set a new global standard for what it means to be a Bubble Developer.

In this role, you’ll:

• Develop and ship features in Bubble that impact millions of users 

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing to bring ideas to life 

• Build responsive, high-quality UI based on Figma designs 

• Architect complex database structures, build scalable workflows, and optimize app performance 

• Push the technical limits of Bubble, including integrating with traditional code when needed 

• Provide power-user feedback to help improve the core product

About you: 

• You have at least two years of full-time professional Bubble development experience

• Your portfolio includes several robust Bubble apps, with at least one complex app that’s currently in production

• You have full-stack Bubble expertise, from turning Figma designs into polished UIs to building sophisticated backend logic

• You have some experience with traditional code or are highly motivated to learn

Compensation:

We offer competitive compensation aligned to tier one markets. Our estimated salary for this role at Bubble ranges from $94,000-$127,000. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.

Location: 

For this role, Bubble is only considering candidates authorized to work in the U.S. We are prioritizing those based in or willing to relocate to the New York City metro area. If you’re outside of this area, you’re welcome to apply, but we will only consider your application if we exhaust the local candidate pool.

We prefer hiring people within commuting distance of our NYC office because we value getting together in person regularly. For those who enjoy working from our Manhattan office on a more regular basis, we offer catered lunches, and happy hours, among other fun perks.
