As a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, you will identify transformation opportunities, shape use cases, and drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. Responsibilities
- Partner with Shared Services stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Shape use cases for AI, automation, and process transformation, aligning with business priorities.
- Gather, document, and refine business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Support the end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives, ensuring successful implementation.
- Drive process mapping, optimization, and reengineering to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with technology, data, and product teams to develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to drive alignment and decision-making among stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes to both business and technical teams.
- Support change management initiatives for the successful adoption of new tools and processes.
- Quickly learn new business domains and contribute flexibly to evolving priorities.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Management Consultant, or similar role with a strong business focus.
- Proven track record in transformation, process improvement, or strategic initiatives.
- Proficiency in business process mapping and optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and a talent for stakeholder management.
- Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and actionable plans.
- Experience in financial services is preferred.
- Exposure to AI, automation, or emerging technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and quickly learn new business domains.
Compensation: $150,000 - $170,000 Base Salary
