Creates user stories for to capture functional requirements for projects ranging from small functional enhancements to large multi-year transformations

Supports testing of new or enhanced applications and/or systems, and provide guidance to team members on complex testing tasks including use case development, requirement traceability analysis, test preparation, script writing, and functional test execution

Experiencing defining and eliciting business requirements

Experience in writing user stories, use cases, flow diagrams and business process diagrams

Experience defining and documenting business rules, data sources, and data dictionaries

Experience working with Agile in a delivery mode

Experience identifying, documenting, and communicating business requirements

Demonstrated ability to think critically and analytically

Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and work with independence and initiative as well as strong ability to work closely as a team member

Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or other tools to manage Product Business Requirements and Business Rules
