Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join Product Control team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving strategic change initiatives, improving control frameworks, and enhancing front-to-back processes regarding FX products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Control, with a total professional background spanning 5–10 years.
  • Brings specialist expertise in one or more market segments, including FX (Spot, Forwards, Options)
  • Has operated as a Business Analyst within a change function, or has actively contributed to strategic transformation initiatives as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Proficient in working with market product datasets, extracting insights, and translating them into discussion points, business requirements, and user stories.
  • Maintains a strong control mindset, with a focus on both non-functional and non-financial aspects of change.
  • Demonstrates awareness of Agile Project Management methodologies, with a readiness to rapidly deepen expertise in this area.
  • Possesses a solid understanding of economic P&L generation for market products.
  • Well-versed in market risk factors and the drivers behind system-generated P&L.
  • Experienced in producing, validating, and challenging trader-generated P&L against system-generated golden source P&L.
  • Familiar with T0 controls implemented by the Markets business, and their relationship to T1 controls managed by Product Control.

Desirable Skills:

    • Exposure to SQL or willingness to learn basic technical concepts.
    • Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
    • Specialization in one or more areas:
      • Core Product Control – Non-accounting focus
      • Core Product Control – Accounting focus
      • Markets Treasury and Hedge Accounting
      • Valuations & Analytics
