The Role
Reorg is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Product Design team. Duties include gathering requirements, creating high-fidelity prototypes, and developing robust product requirements documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Documentation: Creating proper design documentation that outlines features clearly for the development team.
- Distilling Complex Data: Designing systems that have complex financial data into easy-to-digest designs that will delight our customers.
- Creating Designs in Figma: Creating components, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes in Figma.
- Collaboration with Customer Success and Product Strategy: Working closely with our customer success teams on the metrics they need about their clients and working closely with our Product Strategy team to determine requirements for new features.
Requirements:
- Experience in the Financial Technology space
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive user interfaces
- A bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX, finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics or a related technical or quantitative field
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes at all levels of fidelity
- Ability to partner with product, engineering, and QA teams

As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed below may reflect that breadth.
The salary range estimate for this position is $140,000-$165,000.
The actual compensation will be at Reorg’s sole discretion and will be determined by the aforementioned and other relevant factors.
