Summary

We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join the team. As a Business Operations Analyst, you are responsible for delivering data-driven insights to inform day-to-day case operations, guide organization-wide strategic decisions, and drive business outcomes. You will play a key role in a small team that aims to ensure all our internal teams operate at peak efficiency, while delivering exceptional value and an outstanding experience to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide in-depth, digestible, and visual insights using Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Collaborate with Operations leadership to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights that drive operational efficiency.
  • Build workflow automations and execute ad hoc data management projects to enhance efficiency of case operations
  • Ensure data integrity and SOP compliance by designing systems to monitor case activity
  • Manage multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, operations, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel required. Coding experience (e.g. Python, R, etc) preferred.
  • Analytically curious with the ability to proactively recognize insights and opportunities beyond the original project scope.
  • Be a problem-solver. Thinking about the key metrics that will drive success and how to make processes better.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, with a preference for Business or STEM fields.
Salary Range
$95,000$125,000 USD
