Job Description:

Business Analysis

· Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs

· Produce high-quality artifacts: BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows (AS-IS / TO-BE), and data mapping documents

· Conduct gap analysis, feasibility assessments, and impact analysis for change requests

· Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding of scope and priorities

· Support UAT planning, test case review, and sign-off coordination

Project Management

· Own end-to-end project delivery: planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and status reporting

· Manage project scope, timeline, and budget; proactively flag risks and drive mitigation plans

· Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, standups, retrospectives) in Agile/hybrid environments

· Maintain RAID logs, project dashboards, and executive-level status reports
