- Business Analyst with Trading Background
- Strong capital markets domain knowledge
- Strong process modeling using UML (Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, etc.)
- Experience in Requirement Analysis, JAD sessions, Business and Systems reviews and working sessions to understand the requirements and system design.
- Project Planning & Conversion timeline estimation
- Coordinate with technology to build & test enhancements
- Support QA (Unit Testing and System Integration Testing (SIT) ), UAT
- Data requirement analysis - Based on the type of Conversion. Data gap analysis, Data Scrubbing, Data Transformation.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
