Skillset:  Business Analysis - Capital Markets & Trading 

Job Description · 

  • Business Analyst with Trading Background
  • Strong capital markets domain knowledge
  • Strong process modeling using UML (Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, etc.)
  • Experience in Requirement Analysis, JAD sessions, Business and Systems reviews and working sessions to understand the requirements and system design.
  • Project Planning & Conversion timeline estimation
  • Coordinate with technology to build & test enhancements
  • Support QA (Unit Testing and System Integration Testing (SIT) ), UAT
  • Data requirement analysis - Based on the type of Conversion. Data gap analysis, Data Scrubbing, Data Transformation.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
