In this role, we’ll be relying on you to translate complex data into actionable insights by identifying and vetting strategic investment opportunities and tracking the ongoing metrics that drive Arrive’s IT investment roadmap. By delivering high-impact data analysis that identifies opportunities for revenue growth, process automation, and operational efficiency, you’ll receive visibility across the organization and will be a key voice in one of the most exciting companies in the logistics industry.
What You’ll Do
- Establish success metrics and company-wide reports to track the impact of technology investments.
- Support the prioritization of technology-led investment opportunities by documenting and analyzing the return on investment for individual projects.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations using different components of Microsoft Power BI.
- Create ad-hoc analysis in support of department leadership using Snowflake SQL queries
- Learn and live key department goals and objectives to ensure technology and reporting prioritization aligns with department objectives. Ensure Product teams understand the department vision and how products/reporting align.
- Perform regular data audits and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all department-facing dashboards.
- Utilize historical data to identify trends and provide predictive insights that inform future technology investment strategies.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to understand priorities, business needs, and functions.
- Collaborate with the Analytics Engineering team to determine and address data and reporting needs for various company projects.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or 2 years of equivalent experience.
- Basic knowledge of database, table, and dataset design is desired.
- Experience using data analytics tools including Excel, Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, SSRS, MS Report Builder.
- Detail oriented with strong independent critical thinking, organization, and time management skills to meet strict deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to learn and understand a business model and fully comprehend operational concepts, relationships between those concepts and data being utilized.
