DUTIES FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / ACCOUNT MANAGER Salesforce and Oracle E-Business Suite:
Business Development and account management of multi-shore Business Application and IT services accounts.
Target, penetrate and develop new accounts in Business applications, Salesforce.com and Oracle E-Business Suite Consulting.
Use multi-shore delivery model and best practices to develop solution offerings. Collaborate with offshore team for: requirement analysis;
solution architect/design; and development/maintenance. Onsite and offshore manpower allocation & management.
Should be able to prepare and present sales proposals to potential customers.
Should have prior experience working with direct client/ prime vendor.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with strong work ethics.
Negotiate commercial contracts.
Develop account management strategies and manage client relationships.
Analyze, monitor & assist in knowledge transfer from Client to offshore teams.

Develop and implement strategies and business models to create win-win engagement model with customers.

Benefits
This position is open for compensation structure based on profit-sharing on new business.
