The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to support origination efforts by building customer proposals, maintaining CRM discipline, managing pipeline analytics, and coordinating cross-functional proposal inputs. This is a high-impact role central to scaling a repeatable hyperscale sales engine.

This role reports to our Chief Business Officer, Data Centers, and is based in our New York City office.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Build detailed commercial proposals for hyperscale data center customers.
  • Coordinate inputs from engineering, regulatory, finance, and operations.
  • Develop pricing models and scenario analyses.
  • Own the CRM system accuracy and reporting.
  • Track deal stage progression, probability weighting, and revenue forecasting.
  • Generate weekly pipeline dashboards for executive leadership.
  • Support tariff comparisons, generation cost modelling, and sensitivity analyses.
  • Assist with LOIs, term sheets, and commercial summaries.

The Ideal Candidate:

  •  2+ years in energy, infrastructure, consulting, or investment analysis.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling capability.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong writing skills.
  • Experience supporting large infrastructure proposals or RFP responses.
  • Ability to synthesize technical and commercial data into executive-ready materials.
  • Aspiration to move into an origination role.
