Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support Digital Solutions Business Development leadership with account prioritization and pipeline insights, translating internal sales data and external market/claims data into actionable recommendations  
  • Identify, research, and qualify leads through account research and targeting, and support the creation of actionable Business Development meetings  
  • Own outbound lead generation campaigns in partnership with Sales Operations and MarComms leadership, and in collaboration with Medlive’s association and advocacy partners — from list build through execution and follow-up, utilizing AI tools, specifically Claude Cowork  
  • Assist with deal preparation and Business Development administration, including pre-call planning, opportunity analysis, pitch prep and follow-up, proposal and budget development, and Salesforce requirements  
  • Support the VP of Sales Operations with day-to-day deliverables: meeting prep (agendas, slide decks, follow-up notes), weekly leadership pipeline reports, Salesforce optimization, and product operations documentation  
  • Track and report weekly on outreach activity, meeting conversion, and pipeline contribution against targets, while building working knowledge of the Medlive portfolio, the digital medical education landscape, and the pharma buying cycle in preparation for growth into a Business Development role  

Qualifications & Experiences: 

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, research, or an analytical role  
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and deadlines  
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write clear, professional, personalized outreach 
  • Experience using AI tools for research, writing, or data work 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills  
  • Collaborative team player with experience supporting multiple projects involving cross-functional stakeholders  
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within a business development career track 

 

The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, determined by relevant experience and prior performance.
