Position OverviewIn this role, you will lead and contribute to the cross-functional execution of integrated client-facing projects across their entire lifecycle (deal inception to deal delivery). Acting as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, you will be responsible for identifying partner opportunities, facilitating collaborative processes, and crafting key strategic deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Partnerships & Account Growth
- Identify new partnership opportunities and expand existing relationships
- Serve as the bridge between product, marketing, sales and other teams during client onboarding and across the length of the client partnership
- Act as the primary point of contact for post-deal execution for internal and external stakeholders ensuring clear communication and timely responses.
- Support onboarding and long-term management of partners across the full lifecycle
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, often working with senior leaders
- Ensure partner goals, timelines, and deliverables are clear and on track
- Manage integrated client programs and ensure deliverables and components are on track and within scope.
- Experience working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
- Clear, confident communicator with experience working directly with external partners
- Analytical, data-driven with ability to turn performance into insights
- Experience with CRM or campaign management tools (Boostr or similar is a plus)
- 6+ years of experience in program management, client services, or a related field within media or marketing
- Deep understanding of media, tech, and the current content landscape
- Ability to thrive in an ultra fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and manage competing priorities
- Sophisticated communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proven experience working directly with clients at senior levels
