AdvisorTarget Reach (AT Reach) is a digital paid media solution targeting Financial Professionals and Individual Investors / Shareholders.  We have access to unique data sets that enable AT Reach to hyper target audiences and investors based on personas, demographics and investment holdings, among other criteria.  Our campaigns limit impression waste and have demonstrated performance with significantly higher click-through rates than industry averages.  Our clients are some of the largest Asset Managers, Wealth Managers and Corporations, that seek a data-based, differentiated solution to market their products and to communicate with their shareholders. 

We are looking for a high-energy and self-motivated individual to join our team, someone who can represent AT Reach to the marketplace and our internal partners.  You will need to be able to thrive in a fast moving business, one where direction will be provided yet an ability to work independently will be required.

The Role:

The Director – Business Development for AdvisorTarget Reach will be responsible for engaging with Ad Agencies that represent our target clientele and for collaborating with Broadridge sales teams that engage with buyers in our target markets.   

More specifically, this role will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead business development efforts with Ad Agencies that represent asset managers, wealth managers, brokerages, the investor relations departments of public companies and any other financial services companies.
  • Collaborate with Broadridge sales teams that work directly with our target markets, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help present our unique solution, describe the benefits and close the  business.
  • Lead biz dev efforts with Ad Networks for the commercial use and integration of AdvisorTarget data.
  • Lead business development efforts with publishers to sell advisor segments within their existing opt-in email lists targeting Advisors
  • Develop new data products to bring to market as to expand AdvisorTarget Reach offering

Skills & Experience Include:

  • Broad understanding of the finance industry
  • Experience with client direct, agency  and programmatic sales
  • Desire to continually educate oneself on the industries we serve, identify trends and translate them into opportunities for our solutions
  • Team player while succeeding in a self-sufficient work environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in  the digital ad space
  • Familiar with Google ad platforms

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $155,000.00- $175,000.00 USD.

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
