About Quantanite

Quantanite is not your typical outsourcing company.
We’re redefining what it means to deliver customer and data operations for the AI age.

While others chase incremental efficiency, we’re engineering leaps in performance by fusing Agentic AI with high-grade human expertise. Our mission is to turn traditional BPO models on their head — transforming contact centers and data operations into intelligent ecosystems that learn, anticipate, and improve every day.

Our clients span from retail and eCommerce to food delivery, online travel, technology/SaaS, and home services. Quantanite helps them scale intelligently, lower cost-to-serve, and unlock new sources of value through automation, analytics, and insight.

We’re a fast-growing global company with 2,500 people across South Africa, Bangladesh, India, Bulgaria, Cairo, UK and the US — but we think and act like a contrarian startup: bold, fast, and obsessed with outcomes.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Business Development Director (US) to expand our presence across North America and fuel our next phase of growth. This is a quota-carrying, strategic sales role for a self-starter who thrives on creating demand where others don’t even see opportunity.

You’ll help define the future of how enterprises build AI-driven customer and data operations — blending automation, analytics, and people in one intelligent service model.

This isn’t about selling headcount. It’s about selling capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the top of the funnel — develop, qualify, and convert new enterprise opportunities in target sectors (Retail/eCommerce, Food on Demand, Travel, Technology/SaaS, or Home Services).
  • Lead consultative, insight-driven sales engagements that reframe client challenges and position Quantanite’s AI-human solutions as transformative.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer and Solutions & Transformation team to design customized proposals and commercial models that tie directly to client outcomes.
  • Shape the narrative — help evolve our positioning in the US market through thought leadership, networking, and strategic event participation.
  • Build executive relationships with senior decision-makers across Operations, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, and Procurement.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and solutioning through to contract closure and handover to delivery.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy through data-driven reporting and CRM hygiene.
  • Act as a brand ambassador — embody Quantanite’s contrarian, AI-first ethos in every conversation and partnership.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience in Outsourcing, BPO, CX, or tech-enabled services, ideally blending services and SaaS/AI product sales.
  • Deep understanding of one or more of our focus industries: retail/eCommerce, food on demand, online travel, technology/SaaS, or home services.
  • Proven success selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions with long sales cycles and enterprise-level decision processes.
  • A consultative mindset — comfortable diagnosing operational pain points and co-creating transformation roadmaps with clients.
  • Strong grasp of AI, automation, and data-driven operations — able to translate technical potential into commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a talent for making complex ideas accessible and persuasive.
  • High integrity, entrepreneurial drive, and a growth mindset.

Why Join Quantanite

  • Be part of a fast-scaling global disruptor reshaping the BPO landscape into an AI-powered services model.
  • Work directly with senior leadership in a company where innovation and autonomy are valued.
  • Earn competitive base pay, uncapped commissions, and play a visible role in shaping our US expansion.
  • Join a culture that prizes curiosity, courage, and craft — where bold ideas turn into real outcomes.
